01 Letters and the book
Letters and your bonus
Our letters
When you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you Wild Woman Sisterhood letters, including seasonal guides, stories and occasional announcements. All website signup forms subscribe you to the same mailing list, including the pre-order bonus form.
Subscriptions use double opt-in. You receive a confirmation email and must confirm your subscription before receiving our letters. Our email service provider records the time and IP address of that confirmation as evidence of your consent.
We use your consent as the legal basis for sending these emails. You can withdraw it at any time through the unsubscribe link in every letter. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdraw consent.
We keep your subscriber information while you remain subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we stop sending letters and delete your subscriber information within 30 days, unless retaining specific information is legally required.
Pre-order bonus
If you pre-order Awakening the Wild Feminine, you can request the bonus meditations through our website by providing your name, email address, retailer and order number.
We use these details to check your pre-order and deliver the digital bonus. This processing is necessary to fulfil your request for the bonus. We do not share these details with the retailer or publisher.
The bonus is sent after your pre-order has been checked. We delete the information relating to your bonus request within 30 days after sending it. Your newsletter subscription remains active until you unsubscribe. Only information needed for that subscription is retained.
You do not have to request the bonus. If you do, we need the requested details to verify your eligibility and send it.
